Adept IT Solutions Welcomes Three New Staff Members

Adept IT Solutions is one of the fastest growing IT companies in the Newcastle area, so it is no surprise that we have expanded our team once again!   

This week we are introducing three new IT Support Engineers: Archie, Shane, and Kim.

These experienced engineers will be able to assist our clients through exceptional phone communication and resolution skills. They each have specializations in customer experience, security, and operations to name just a few.

Archie has over three-year experience in IT Support Engineering. He will be assisting with clients to troubleshoot problems and resolve them for our clients.

Shane is an experienced IT Support Engineer with over fifteen years working in the IT industry. He will be working alongside our team to ensure that our standards of fantastic customer service are upheld.

Kim has had over thirteen years experience working as an IT Support Engineer as well. She will be ensuring that every clients issues are resolved through applying her experience.
