IT Support Engineer – Level 3

Adept IT Solutions is a locally owned and operated industry-leading Managed Service Provider. We are currently seeking Level 3 IT Support Engineers to join our rapidly growing team.

About the Role: 

The roles will provide technical support to our clients both locally, nationally, and internationally. The roles will resolve customer issues, reach resolutions efficiently, and enjoy support and mentorship from our Executive and Leadership team.

What you will do: 

  • Provide exceptional support to our clients.
  • Log, maintain, and complete IT Support tickets via our internal help desk platform.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and correct network, security, hardware, and software problems.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Be a point of escalation for fellow team members.
  • Complete a range of Office 365 Administrative tasks.
  • Administration of users and groups within Active Directory.
  • Prepare, deploy, and maintain IT equipment.
  • Work closely with the special projects team.
  • Assist with onboarding and client discovery of new client systems.
  • Recommend improvement opportunities for internal and external systems.
  • Network diagnostics and VLAN creation.

What you will bring: 

  • Successful completion of Tertiary Education or equivalent experience in an IT related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft and/or Azure Certification (desirable).
  • Azure Infrastructure & Intune policy creation experience highly regarded.
  • 5 + Years Experience in an IT Help Desk or System Administrator role.
  • Experience with Unifi and FortiGate networking products highly regarded.
  • Experience with MacOS and iOS (desirable).

About You: 

  • A passion to gain further knowledge and certification within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • A strong understanding of basic IT principles across Network, Server, and Desktop environments.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems including, Windows 10 and 11.
  • Documented knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems including, Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022.
  • Ability to follow procedures, prioritise tasks and self-manage workload.
  • A passion for high customer satisfaction and the ability to work as a team.
