Adept IT Solutions are looking for suitably qualified and enthusiastic IT Support Engineers to join our fast-growing Managed IT Services Team in Newcastle.
You will work with our customers providing exceptional IT Service and Support throughout Australia.
These full-time roles have standard working hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday through Friday.

IT Support Responsibilities / Skills:
- Previous experience working in Managed IT Services
- Help desk support
- On-site support
- General technical service provisioning
- Technical and procedural documentation
- General IT support service knowledge in PC and MAC environments
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
- Sound understanding of the Microsoft 365 administration portal
- Outstanding phone manner and issue resolution skills
- Degree or Diploma in Information technology / Networking or similar discipline
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
- A proactive, innovative, outcome focused approach, bringing energy into the workplace
- Exceptional communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced active environment
- Valid driver’s license and police check
