In October 2022, Microsoft launched a new Microsoft Cloud Partner program designed to recognise and work with businesses who are able to attain and demonstrate a high level of expertise in cloud-based technologies.
The Microsoft Cloud Partner program and Microsoft Solutions Partner level is a designation which requires IT service and support businesses like Adept IT Solutions to meet a number of specific requirements including:

- Business applications
To be eligible to qualify and gain Microsoft Solutions Partner level in each of these categories, an organisation must meet a partner capability score. This score is a holistic framework for measuring performance, skilling and customer success.

To attain a Microsoft Solutions Partner designation, a capability score of at least 70 points (out of an available 100 points) must be met across the three measured categories of partner performance, skilling and customer success and the organisation must attain at least one point in the below five individual metrics:
- Performance category
- Skilling – Intermediate certifications
- Skilling – Advanced certifications
- Customer Success – Usage growth
- Customer success – Deployments
In the Modern Work category, Adept IT Solutions achieved ample points for helping both small, medium and large businesses to boost productivity and transition to hybrid working.
