Thanks largely to our valued customers, we here at Adept IT Solutions have seen an exceptional level of success and growth within our business. Due to this, we are incredibly excited to welcome two new staff members who have joined the team already in 2024.
These roles cover our digital marketing area, as well as expanding on our existing IT Support personnel. Let’s introduce these two new staff members joining and get to know a little bit more about them.
New Staff Member: Michael Douglas – IT Support Engineer
Michael is an incredibly exciting addition to the team, bringing extensive experience in the IT support industry since the start of his career in 2001.
With over 20 years of experience, Michael has been involved in a diverse range of projects, spanning infrastructure, software development, and account management. He thrives on embracing change and overcoming challenges, viewing them as opportunities for growth and development.
Throughout his professional journey, Michael has been recognised both for his expertise, but also his commitment to community service, often stepping into roles like Santa Claus and Hector the cat in remote areas.
Outside of work, Michael finds fulfillment in his family life, residing on his property in a unique stainless steel-clad tiny home affectionately named ‘Betty’.
We here at Adept IT Solutions are thrilled to welcome Michael to the team and are looking forward to seeing him support our clients throughout Newcastle, The Hunter Region and Central Coast areas.
New Staff Member: Brodie Williams – Digital Marketing Consultant
Expanding our digital marketing team, Brodie joins Adept IT Solutions to assist in the creation and execution of digital content, physical materials and managing our social media platforms.
Graduating from the University of Newcastle, with a Bachelor’s Degree of Communication, majoring in Media Production, Brodie has a number of years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
With a wide range of experience in video editing, digital marketing, and graphic design specifically, Brodie has the knowledge and skillset required to create engaging content for our current clients to enjoy, and future customers to learn more about what our business can offer.
A keen sports fan, Brodie has played soccer for many years throughout Newcastle, Hunter and Northern NSW regions. Recently purchasing his first house, Brodie is also a self-admitted lawn tragic, as well as an avid gamer in his spare time.
Adept IT Solutions is ecstatic to provide Brodie with a fantastic step in his young professional career, and look forward to seeing the digital content created for our business.
